The London Trading Post Warranty

London Trading Post products are of the highest quality and are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from date of purchase. Always use and wash the products in accordance with the attached manufacturer's instructions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear of your product.

If you have any cause for concern, please call London Trading Post at 705-738-1956 immediately upon receipt.

Please note that LTP is not responsible for return charges. Also, we cannot be held responsible for returns that fail to reach us.
For all Canadian Customers:
In the unlikely event that your product needs to be returned, please use Canada Post with full value insurance, and a tracking number.
For all Customers outside Canada:
Customers are responsible for all charges, including taxes and duty. London Trading Post will NOT be held responsible for additional charges beyond our control. For all returns, please use the postal service of your country, with 100% value insurance and tracking capabilities.
DO NOT USE UPS or other courier service, as there will be additional fees (duties and taxes) for which London Trading Post will not incur.
